Orders could be placed in our online store: www.montieri.net. A confirmation email is sent for every successfully accepted order. Another email with shipment tracking details is sent after the parcel is dispatched to the courier company.

Montieri.net currently offers free delivery to the list of countries pointed below this paragraph. For deliveries to all other countries, please send us an email to office@montieri.net or leave us a message through the contact form on our website (you could find it in the “Contacts” section).

The time needed to prepare and ship an order varies between 1 and 4 days as we do not keep the products in stock. Each order is individually crafted after it is placed. Orders accepted on non-business days start being processed on the first working day.

 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Montieri is not responsible for delays due to customs or caused by unpredicted reasons for the used carrier.

 

The user must indicate a shipping address at which someone is always present to collect the package. In the event that someone is not present at the address indicated for the collection, an address other than that of residence must be indicated which meets the required conditions.

 

Montieri.net is not in any way responsible for the failure and / or delayed delivery of the goods ordered, if any of the information supplied by the customer is incorrect or if there is no someone present at the delivery address during the delivery.

 

If the items ordered are not delivered within a period of 30 working days from the order confirmation, the user can contact Montieri.net customer service directly. The status of the order and / or the status of the shipment will be checked with the shipping company. The products will in any case be delivered as quickly as possible and complying with the terms of the law.

 

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. Each shipment contains the ordered goods, a summary of the order and the documents necessary for any returns (if applicable). Deliveries are carried out on all working days. The delivery of the products may be split, without this entailing any liability for Montieri.net.

 

Before accepting delivery of the product, the customer is required to check that the package is intact, and not damaged or wet. Montiery.net is not liable for damages or thefts made in the period following the delivery of the package to the courier.
