Returns

You may exercise your right to return any purchased products in accordance with the consumer protection legislation without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason. You can do that by informing Montieri.net at the following email: office@montieri.net within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products and state your email address the order was made from and the number of the order you received with ordering confirmation email.

 

How to send the returned products? After informing Montieri.net about the decision to return the product/s, it is buyer’s obligation to send the returned goods at his/her own expenses back to the Vendor stating by email to office@montieri.net the bill of lading number with which the products are shipped to our address: Bulgaria, 7000 Ruse, 36 Mutkurova str., entr. 2, fl. 1., tel. +359 888 429 890

 

If you wish to cancel the purchase of your product in accordance with our policy and obtain a refund, please make sure you comply the below points (a., b., c. and d.). This will also help us in issuing your refund as quickly as possible. Please note:

  1. Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, please inform us by registered mail that you wish to return the purchased product;
  2. make sure that you take reasonable care of the products and that they have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;
  3. the products must be returned, complete and unused, in their original packaging/box.
  4. Packaging for the returned goods is the responsibility of the buyer and must make use of the original box in order to prevent any deterioration of the goods prior to arrival at their destination. Only in the case in which the original packaging is unusable can a box equivalent in size and strength be used. Return shipments made in any way other than that stipulated above will not be accepted.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, Montieri.net will refund the price of the purchased products. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted because they do not comply with the terms and conditions indicated above in letters a), b), c) and d) of the preceding paragraph. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at your own expense. If you refuse the above delivery, Montieri.net reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.

 

Please note that any duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products, if any, shall not be refunded.

 

Only after Montieri.com has received the returned products and checked that they meet all requirements the buyer will receive an email confirming that the returned products have been accepted. In accordance with consumer protection legislation, the refund procedure will start within fourteen (14) days of when Montieri.net was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once Montieri.net has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.

 

The time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:

– Credit/debit card: the refund time will depend on the card company’s policies. We would like to assure you, however, that the value date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment; therefore, you will not suffer any interest loss;

– Cash on delivery: refunds will be credited to the bank account of the buyer we receive details for by email. The email containing the bank account details of the buyer should be the same registered email the order was made originally from.
